Refund policy

How long do I have to return/exchange my order?

You have 7 days from the date your Di Viomo order is delivered to return any unwanted items.

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them, including all original packaging. If an item is returned damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process your refund. All returns are thoroughly inspected upon arrival.

Do you offer free returns/exchanges?

At this time, we are unable to provide free return labels. The returned orders remain your responsibility until they reach our facility, so we highly recommend obtaining proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and traceable.

When will I receive my refund/exchange?

You will receive your refund automatically within 3-7 business days to the payment method you used at checkout. Exchanges are shipped out once we receive the return and it passes inspection. 

Do I need a tracking number?

Yes, without a confirmed tracking number your return will not be processed and you will be responsible for retrieving your package from the postal carrier. 

Remember to keep proof of postage for each return.

If your return is lost in transit and you cannot provide proof of postage, we won’t be able to process your refund. However, if you can provide a valid tracking number or postage receipt, we’ll offer store credit for your return.


Please note: All postage costs are non-refundable.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
