Shipping & Returns
You can return your product up to 7 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the products are not worn, washed or damaged. Returns are eligible within 7 days of delivery and customer must contact our customer service with their order number ready within that time frame. Once a return is authorized, it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide a confirmed tracking number from any carrier that they choose to ship with.
Please be mindful as that is the cutoff date for your return to be eligible (7 days after delivery) any tracking received afterwards will not be accepted. Once the tracking is received, we will follow your order until it is received. Once the item is received, our team will go ahead and inspect for any damages to the product. Once it is cleared, we will go ahead and process you a product refund. The product refund is the cost for the item minus the initial shipping fees that we paid directly to our shipping carrier on your behalf.
